Unibuddy Community provides an official space for you to meet and get to know other new students before you arrive at É«»¨ÌÃ. Through Unibuddy Community, you can:

• Find others living in or near your accommodation
• Discover students studying the same course
• Discuss shared interests and hobbies
• Learn about the local area
• Talk about welcome activities and events.

After being invited to join Unibuddy Community you can access the platform via a mobile application or in your internet browser. When you first access Unibuddy Community, you will be asked to create an account using the email address you have used throughout your application to study at É«»¨ÌÃ. If you have already created a Unibuddy account with this email, you can sign in using your existing password.

Alternatively you can download the free 'Unibuddy Community' mobile application from the Ìý´Ç°ù  app store.

All offer holders will receive an email invitation to join Unibuddy Community, which will include instructions for how to join.

If you think you should have been invited to join, and cannot do so by clicking the links on this page, please email [email protected] and we can look into this for you.

When joining the community, you are asked to agree to a set of rules to ensure everyone can enjoy the community. If you fail to meet these rules, you may be blockedÌý´Ç°ù banned from Unibuddy Community.

The Unibuddy Community has been created to provide a space for you to meet and interact with other new students also joining É«»¨Ìà at the same time as you.

So that the experience is the best that it can be, we’ve created the following rules that we expect everyone to follow:

1. Be kind and courteous
2. No hate or bullying. Make sure that everyone feels safe
3. No promotions or spam. Self-promotion, spam, and irrelevant links aren’t allowed
4. Please think carefully before you click on any links which aren’t posted by Admin. These are unlikely to be official É«»¨Ìà links and they will take you off the Unibuddy platform and onto other chat platforms or websites. It’s of course up to you if you decide to do this, but as they aren’t official É«»¨Ìà communities, we don’t monitor these
5. Please also be mindful if you decide to share any personal information, such as your phone number or address. Again, it’s up to you, but we advise against doing this
6. Respect everyone's privacy 
7. Chats are monitored for safeguarding and data security. If there is any content that you find inappropriate, please let us know by hitting the ‘Report’ button on the relevant message.

By joining our Community and the Group chats that you’d like to get involved in, you agree with the rules listed above.
